Work Echo watches the mail that matters and keeps the part worth remembering. When you write to someone again, that context comes back inside the composer.
Google and Microsoft credentials are not on this server yet, so connecting an inbox stays off.
First scan
Nothing is held yet.
The allowance for a first scan comes from the plan. Free and paid limits are stored as entitlements, and the numbers will be set when Stripe prices are connected.
How it works
Gmail or Outlook is the source. Work Echo does not keep a second copy of every message.
The first scan looks for preferences, commitments, corrections, dates, and decisions.
After that, new messages are read as they arrive. The old inbox is not scanned again.
The extension brings back the few memories that fit the person and the draft.
